| In advance of a full-scale survey of Richard Misrach’s work to be seen at museums in the U.S. and Europe in 2027 and 2028, this “mini-retrospective” examines the artist’s career in reverse, and presents photographs made from a variety of materials and techniques. Examined from “the wrong end of the telescope,” the exhibition highlights themes and ideas that have been central to Misrach’s career for more than five decades. |
| Throughout his career, Misrach has published his projects in book form, a process he credits with clarifying his goals for each body of work. Take a closer look at books that have been an integral part of Misrach’s work. |
