 Petaluma Arts Center Annual Members’ Show 2026 It’s that time of year again! Please read carefully to learn how to participate in PAC’s Annual Members’ Show. Important Dates: In-person delivery of artwork to PAC: November 6th-7th, 12-4 PM Members’ Show Opening Reception: November 12th Closing Reception: December 12th Artwork Pick-up: December 13th-14th, 12-4 PM EligibilityParticipation is open to all active members.Membership fees must be current at the time of submission. Please update your membership in advance of dropping off your artwork. This step makes it easier for when you drop off work. Artwork Requirements Each member may submit ONE artwork for the show.All media are welcome: painting, drawing, sculpture, photography, mixed media, digital art, and textiles.Maximum size of 2-D work is 30 x 40 inches and 40 pounds for 3-D work Presentation & Framing Two-dimensional work must be properly framed and wired securely for hanging (no sawtooth hangers).Three-dimensional work must be stable and ready for display.Clearly label the back or underside with: Artist name, Title, Medium, Dimensions, Price or NFS (Not for Sale) Submission ProcessCompleting the Entry form below is very important. This informs PAC about your entry into the show and generates your label. Please review the Entry form carefully before hitting the send button. Once submitted, we’re not able to change your submission- so make sure to chose wisely:).Pay the $25 entry fee at drop-off. Cash, credit, or check accepted. Delivery of ArtworkDeliver artwork to the gallery on drop-off dates: November 6th-7th, 12-4 PM. Please do not drop of work any sooner- we do not have storage capacity. Artwork PickupPick up artwork on the designated pickup dates December 13th-14th, 12-4 PM.Work not collected after 30 days after the required pick-up dates will be donated to a local thrift store. This is on the loan/liability form located at the bottom of the Entry form (See Submit Entry Form Herebutton below).SalesPAC receives 40% commission of the retail price. (Artist receives 60%).
